What Causes A Dry Spot And Rashes Behind The Head?

Could be ringworm/superficial fungal infection! An image would help, too!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for reaching out to us.
I have reviewed your information fully. This is suggestive of a superficial fungal infection of the skin. A review of an image would be helpful in settling fully on this or exploring other options. The head is not a common site for psoriasis and i'm a little hesitant thinking that could be the most probable diagnosis at this time .
Fungal infection on the skin is commonly treated with anti fungal cream. My preferred cream is Clotrimazole 2% cream with great feedback from my patients. However, I will like to review an image of this rash before making a definitive call on this.
