What Causes A Fear For Death, Insomnia, Dyspnea, Heart Palpitations And Anxiety?

Question: I'm dealing with fear of leaving my home because I'm afraid people can read my mind and might want to hurt me. I can't go to the grocery store or be around people. This anxiety is killing me. I go into panic mode. My thoughts are restless and I can't sleep at night because I think someone will break into my home to kill me. I get to the point that I can't breathe and my heart beats super fast. Also, when I do wake up in the middle of the night, I'm completely drenched in sweat. I need help with this crippling anxiety. I think I may die.
Brief Answer:
There is need for SSRI and antisychotic

Dear XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns. From the available description it appears to me that there is need to prescribe SSRI for control of anxiety and antipsychotics for control of paranoid ideas. There is also need to evaluate further for possibility of schizophrenia as anxiety seems secondary to paranoid ideas (people can read my mind, Somebody may kill me).
Please see your doctor again and discuss the above treatment options and possibility of alternative diagnosis other than anxiety.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
