Question : Hi, I'm 20 years old and I recently did a self check. My right testicle has been feeling heavy lately and during my self check I believe I felt a lump on the very bottom of the testicle.

To recapitulate: Male/20 - self check - right testicle feeling heavy - felt a lump on the very bottom of the right testicle...

The causes can be:
Tumor
Part of epididymis being swollen at the bottom

I would advise you the following:
Considering your young age, you should get a clinical evaluation, actual examination by a General Surgeon or preferably an Urologist.
Ultrasonography with color doppler of hte scrotum and abdomen would help you further to get a proper diagnosis.
Tests of urine and blood.

Please give additional information:
- Since when have you noticed this?
- Any symptoms other than the heaviness that you have noted like pain, urinary symptoms.
- Any exposure to sex?
- Any other history you would like to share?
