Question : When i breath out deeply i feel a pop inder my lett rib. It feels like it moves or pops when i mibe in a certain way...eapecially deep breathing.

Have you had any injury recently?Or have you been coughing recently?Does breathing hurts you?

Such strange symptom can be caused by rib fracture. Especially if there was an injury of this area. Fractured rib usually hurts. I suggest you to have ribs x-ray to rule it out.
