Brief Answer:
It is collection of blood in tissue

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case.I think you are having collection of blood in tissue. It is called Hematoma. There is no need to be worried about this. It will going to heal in three to four months. You can do following.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Gentle rubbing of that part of the leg.
3.Tablet Etorixoxib or Advil if there is pain.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
