Question: Hello- Esr just came back at 49 - have just gotten over the flu/ bad cold.
Still a little concerned as I had Hodgkins Lymphoma 2 years ago.

Hello. I understand your concern. So high esr can be due to many reasons like anemia and infection. Since you have episode of recent infection, it can give rise to high esr. Repeat your blood counts after a week.
