What Causes A High Heart Rate During The Morning Time?

Question: My morning heart rate is around 70bpm, but from 330-8 it shoots up over 90bpm..Any explanation as to why?
Brief Answer:
Physiological variation in heart rate
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,
The variation in the heart rate is completely normal.
The heart rate you are measuring in the morning is called resting heart rate. Resting heart rate is in normal healthy adults is 60-80 beats per minute.
In the afternoon, you are more active and hence increased heart rate. If you measure afternoon reading after resting calmly for 15 minutes in the afternoon, you will notice less difference between morning and afternoon readings.
