Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Although you have no breathing problems or chest pain cardiac problems aren't excluded, because what you are feeling is best described as a chest discomfort.

If you were my patient I would have recommended to do:
- Blood work including cardiac enzymes
- ECG (to exclude cardiac problems)
- Chest x ray (to exclude any pulmonary or musculoskeletal problems)
- Abdominal ultrasound (to exclude gallbladder issues)
This will help to find out what is causing your symptoms and the best way to treat it.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
