Brief Answer:
possible lipoma or hernia
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
If this is present for longer period then it is probably lipoma which is subcutaneous localized fatty tissue.
If this has occured suddenly and become larger while coughing or exercising then this may be hernia.
In both cases, surgery is recommended and the only way for permanent solution. Other causes are less common but also some of them may be more serious.
So you should do ultrasound and consult a GI/General Surgeon for a detailed physical evaluation.
Wish you good health.
