What Causes A Large Swollen Bruise On Left Arm Post Injury?

Question: This is related to a question that i asked a few days ago that has apparently been closed. I woke up last week with some physical damage from an unknown cause. I have a large deep bruise on my left arm just below my shoulder where i hit something very hard. Possibly a door jamb. i have bruising , swelling and what became a black eye on the right side of my face, again, I hit something very hard. I went to bed about 1 am fri morn and my alarm woke me at 4:30. Nothing in my apt was disturbed, but i was beat up. If i had been sleepwalking, wouldn't hitting something that hard have woken me up?

I have gone through your query. And also your previous query.

As you have mentioned that you had smoked a pot, you might unknowingly hit some blunt object that might be responsible for it and also there is chance slightly more bleeding in person who are on medication for previous heart attack. It is better to see doctor for examination and evaluation of the injury, as detailed examination is required to comment

If you have fresh injury, it need to be evaluated. Did you do drugs again?
Did you have any friends with you.
Provide additional information:
If possible upload the pictures of the injury for better assessment.
Presently I would suggest you to take over the counter pain relievers as mentioned in earlier post and also ask either your relatives or friends to stay with you for couple of days, so that their observation can be helpful.
