Question : Why do balls smell like latex if not using a condom? My boyfriend denies being w anyone else and we don't use condoms. Once in a while his balls have a mild latex smell. Is this from the sweat glands or is he just lying?

Due to scrotum being wet with vaginal secretions and partly due to semen.

Thanks for query.
During sexual intercourse there is vaginal secretions for easy lubrication and for free to and fro movements of erected penis inside vagina .When one does not use condom this secretions leak outside vagina and soaks scrotum and groin .In addition there is leakage of semen both these factors is the reason for scrotum to smell like latex.

Both of you have to observe good personal hygiene before going for sexual intercourse.

Ty for response dr XXXXXXX There is a mild latex smell even after bathing and before sex. Is this bc of sweat glands or can this be his natural scent?
