Question: My daughter is 30 and has a lump between her shoulder blades and her back like somebody older with osteoporosis. What is it?

It could be Lipoma or Sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Swelling in that area could be a Lipoma (fat swelling ) or Sebaceous cyst.
It is diagnosed by Clinical examination. If suspicious, FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration cytology ) should be done.Nature of the lesion can be known.
If the swelling is small,I prefer to remove the entire swelling and send it for histopathological examination (Biopsy).Exact diagnosis will be confirmed.
Please consult a General surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
