Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
I would like to know if there are any associated symptoms e.g pain?itching?etc.
Is there any history of discharge from the lump?

Regards

Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Thank you.

Seems like a bacterial skun infection. I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g tab. Moxclav 1gm, twice daily.
Topically you may use an antibiotic cream e.g T Bact cream, twice daily.

Regards
