Question : I have aBB size lump or cycst in my scrotom.

Hi
Swelling in the scrotum can be Epididymal cyst, Hydrocele etc.
Ultrasound scrotum will give a clue.
If Epididymal cyst is confirmed, it has to be removed surgically.
If minor Hydrocele is present secondary to inflammation of the Testis and Epididymis , it can tried with Antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicines.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
