Question: Hello I am 59 years old 6' 190 lbs and in very good shape , ran a half marathon last week . I have injured my bicep muscle four months ago and do not know how. The muscle is dis formed , looks more like egg shaped when I flex. The muscle also hurts when used some times. Thanks XXXX
