Brief Answer:
Consult an ENT specialist.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

You don't have to think about cancer as the most possible diagnosis.
A lump in your cheek might be :
-A lipoma (slow-growing fatty lump). They are soft and doughy to the touch, also move easily with slight finger pressure, generally small.
-It might be a cyst of salivary duct
-A stone in salivary duct.
-A lymph node due to an oral infection.
-A tumor ,less likely. In this case the lump would be hard in touch, not well confined, painless and hard to move.

You should consult an ENT specialist and get examined.Physical examination is very important to get to the right diagnosis.
Probably you will need an X-ray and finally an biopsy of the lump if other options are excluded.

You should not worry right now.
Consult a physician and get examined.
Meanwhile try not to think about tumor option too much because considering you age it is less likely.

Hope my answer has helped.
Let me know if you have any further questions,I will be happy to help.

Wish you all the best.
Take care
