Brief Answer:
Please get it removed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thank you for your question.
It seems to be a Papilloma or a benign lump. It is definitely possible to get it removed and is absolutely necessary that you get it removed to know what it is, especially since it is increasing in size.
Please contact any Surgeon for the same.
A small surgery can be done where they will put Local anaesthetic injection in that area and remove it. There will be no pain. Then that lump will be sent to the lab for analysis to know what it was.
There is no need to worry or fear.
Take care and do let me know if there are any other queries on this issue
