Is it in the breast
Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting the query,
Is the lump you are complaining of in the breast tissue, or on the chest wall above the breast? By the complaints you are complaining of it looks like a lymph node enlargement.
Do you have pain associated with it?
Any pain in the lump?

Brief Answer:
Just a lymphnode.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, XXXXXXX
It would be just a lymph node, Need not worry about it. It will cure by it's own. If you notice any change in size or any pain then you should get it examined by a surgeon.
If possible you can attach the image of the swelling, just to reassure it is lymph node swelling only.
Take care.
