Question : I have a small lump on the inside of my penis near the head.... Thought it might be a mussel inflamation ??

Are you diabetic?
A lump in urethral opening is generally a granuloma or Sub Mucus Abscess.However needs to be confirmed by clinical examination in person by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual activities till it heals up completely.
