Question : My boyfriend has a lump on his penis and he needs a quick answer as its the weekend and surgeries are closed

Looks like a wart

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like a wart.
Usually it occurs as a sexually transmitted viral disease.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get it removed by chemical cauterisation or electrocautery.

Are there any other ways of contracting a warr other than STI as if that is the case it means he has slept with someone else?

Usually the occurrence of wart on the genital area is through sexual transmission.
Uncommonly it can be transmitted through other routes.
