NOTICED IT 3 DAYS AGO.
SIZE: 1.5 1NCHES DIAMETER
SOMEWHAT SORE TO TOUCH. SORE TO SIT ON.
SLIGHT DISCOLORATION.
SOFT AT SURFACE WITH MAYBE A POINT STARTING.

This looks to be an abscess.
Please stop icing.
Taking an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medicines may help you the most (needs a prescription)
Timely lancing that is an incision and drainage helps for an early and complete recovery. This is important as it is on the pressure point and needs complete and good recovery for the future comfortable life.
I think it is better to consult your Doctor to get a proper valid prescription and further care as we discussed.
