Brief Answer:
Possible postraumatic fibroma

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This sounds like possible posttraumatic fibroma that happens on area where hematoma initially occurred after muscle is injured. you should not worry since this is not serious and should subside within6 months after injury. even if there was bone fracture it would heal by now so I don't think that X-ray is required. Wish you good health. Regards
