Question : Hi i wanted to know what is done if a mass is found below the uterus and on the ovary

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If such a mass is found in the pelvis, then a detailed ultrasound and if required , then MRI is done to assess whether it is cancerous or not.
Further management is surgery or chemotherapy, which is done accordingly.
