i am 30 years old and i have been dectected with adenomyosis last year along with PCOS. i got pregnant two months before and also had a miscarriage last month. couple of days back after through check up i was detected to have fibroids also. what are my chances of getting pregnant with all these issues?

Hi,
I think you have a good chance of pregnancy because you have conceived previously. But, the main thing is to find out the cause of miscarriage and take precautions for that. In PCOS, the chances of miscarriages are generally higher, may be because of some hormonal imbalances or thyroid disorders. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin levels done.
 
Regarding adenomyosis, it is generally not a reason for abortion. Fibroids can cause miscarriages if they are intramural or submucosal and big in size. If it is like that, you may need a surgery to remove them.
