Question : When every I sneeze I feel something in my belly moves. Then sometimes I dont sneeze I feel like kicks at the lower part of my belly. Am not pregnant..... That I know so what could this moving be?
Brief Answer:
Can be due to gut movement.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The feeling of something moving in the belly after sneezing can be due to a raised intra- abdominal pressure. It can cause a gut movement that becomes obvious. It is not suggestive of pregnancy.
It is better to avoid the foods that cause gas and indigestion, decrease caffeine intake. Please do not worry. It is not suggestive of anything serious or worrisome.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
