Common causes casing necrotic lymph node in the cheek ,
Bacterial & viral infections ,
lymphoma ,
Tuberculosis &
Neoplastic conditions .

Treatment will depend upon cause of necrotic lymph node .
Start Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily .
