Brief Answer:
Details required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw the attached urine analysis report and appears fine.

How ever this may not be reason for bump you are describing.

I need few more details before answering your question in detail :

1) Please try to describe exact location of swelling in pelvic area.

2) Try to click a picture and send me so that I can see the swelling and it's area.

3) Does swelling increase whole standing or lying down? Does it increase if you cough?

Try to provide more details so that I can help better.

So it doesn't look like I had a uti or does the urine culture look like uti. And the pressure feeling is all lower abdomen put on each side of my stomach between my hip bone and top of pubic area I had I think a muscle or tendon that runs slanted all the way to my groin but it seems like the left side one sticks out alittle more than the other I feel it more when I stand up it feels like a lot of pressure but for some reason I feel it more to the left side I don't know if it's because I keep pushing on it and feeling it all the time because I though it was a hernia I had my doctor and the ones in the er feel on it one said my nodes were alittle swollen but i don't know if this changes anything but my boyfriend and I always have sex angling towards that side and one night he must of went in to deep and I got a shocking pain it was painful for that day but slept on it and it was fine the next day just alittle sore on the left side it feels alittle more tight in the area than the right side

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From your description, it appears that it could be a twisted ovary or endometriosis.

This can only be identified by an ultrasound scan.

Please request your doctor for an ultrasound scan and let me know the report so that I can advise you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since endometriosis is not mentioned in ultrasound scan report, it is not possible that endometriosis is there is pelvis.

I dont think you should worry about endometriosis.
