Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Bakers cyst is a kind of lump caused by a herniation between the knee joint and the tissues located behind the knee. Due to such herniation (or simply connection), joint fluid appears in the tissues. This gives kind of soft lump, usually located behind the knee. The lump usually slowly get larger. It can give pain especially when walking.
You knot can be a Bekers cyst indeed. Your symptoms indicate that.
To confirm this diagnosis, ultrasound should be done. Surgical removal of the cyst is the best treatment.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
