Question : I have a lump Near my neck behind the ears on the head, the size of two or three grapes some times it slightly hurts do you know what it might be.

This is obviously some benign subcutaneous lesions such as lipoma,ateroma or enlarged lymph node. In every case,this is not serious and you should consult surgeon who can remove it under local anesthesia. Also,you can do ultrasound before to verify what exactly it is. If there us redness and increasing pain than it may be inflammation and in this case you would need antibiotic. Wish you good health. Regards
