Brief Answer:
Please post/upload the pic of forehead lump.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Please post the pic of forehead lump.

A lump becomes painful when it gets infected and inflammed. A sebaceous cyst is common over face and it becomes painful once infected. Antibiotics should be given initially followed by surgery.

Pain in the joints and burning sensation in the knee could be due to Arthritis. I prescribe Anti-inflammatory tablets like Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily initially . If there is no response, investigations should be done to rule out specific type of arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis.

Hope I've answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
