Question : my husband had a revision on his below knee amputation. This was done in XXXXXXX last night he noticed a golf ball size lump with pain and this morning it is larger and he cant wear his leg. Should he go to the er

This is probably seroma or hematoma and it would be good if this is drained out by needle or incision before it become infected. This is not something life-threathening but surgical therapy is definitely required especially if there was already a revision. If this is abscess with pain redness and fever then he should visit ER.
