Welcome and thanks for your query.
Are you taking Budesonide for inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis?
If it in a quiescent state and you are asymptomatic, there is no harm in discontinuing Budesonide for a couple of days till you see your doctor and check out the cause of your rash.
