Question : Hi one red sore has developed on the face one week back. it is paining and surrounding skin also oozed. one more mignt have developed inside nose as it is paining. please help me

It's a bacterial infection.
You need treatment with oral and topical antibiotics.
A combination of tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily and ointment mupirocine to be applied thrice daily for a week should help you.
