Question : I got back from camping. Now, where my leg and the space between my legs meet, I have this big red welt. It kinda hurts. I know we were roughing it, but I didn't think roughing it for 4 days would lead to some weird skin condition in my private area (if that's what caused this). Also, my scrotum feels like it has some fluid in it now. The bump thing in my private area ends an inch or two from where my scrotum begins.

Hello Sir

I have worked through your attached image.

This possibly looks like a fungal rash.

You require antifungal medications.

I generally prescribe oral pills of Tab Zucon 200 one pill once a day for 3 days along with application of antifungal dusting power available as Candiderma (Cotrimazole) 4 to 5 times a day for 2 weeks.

Avoid wearing undergarments with residual moisture.

Keep the involved area clean and dry.
