Brief Answer:
Could be due to UTI or Acute Retention of urine

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

You are known to have Enlarged Prostate since 2013 but not taking any medication and have urge to pass urine and dysuria since last night .

The urgency and dysuria that you have could be either due to Acute UTI or there is possibility of having Acute Retention of urine

Since you are out on business tour you need to take following medications
1) Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin twice daily
2) Nitrofurantoin twice daily
3) Tab Darifenacin and Tomsulosin once daily
4) Canbury juice

This should take care of acute episode however once you are back home you need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
