Question : My testicle barely feels pain but the vein is a bit sore should i be worried even though my ultra sound showed normal

If the ultrasound is fine then it means that there is no torsion or vascular disorder or inflammation so there is no risk of something serious .

You may have small varicocele or hydrocele but this is usually self limiting and there is no need for specific treatment.
