Question : My toddler son of 16 months has had a pimple like growth on his cheek for the last 2 weeks. It has not changed in size or color and it does not seem to hurt

I have reviewed the attached photographs and according to me your son is having insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the red bump twice daily. It will usually start resolving in 5-7 days.
