This can be a fungal infection. Kindly attach a picture of the lesion for proper advice.

I have seen the picture that you have sent.

This appears to be a fungal infection. Doesn't look like std.

Apply miconazole cream two times a day for 3 days. If no improvement in 24 hours then get yourself examined by a doctor.
