Brief Answer:
Kindly upload the photo

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concern for pink spot on penis. It is asymptomatic and it is there from long time about year.

But, I will not be able to decide the cause and how to go about treating it with the information you have provided. It would be of great help in diagnosing the problem to have a look at the lesion.

So..kindly upload the photo of the affected area so that I can provide you a useful answer and information.

Waiting for you to revert to me with a picture of the pink spot.

Thanks..

Hello Dr XXXXXXX many thanks for getting back.
As discussed I have attached two photos of my penis with the affected area clearly visible..

Doctor m 24 years old young boy I didn't have sex not a single time though I mastubrate 3times a week then how these spots are generated?? Is it some kind of infection?

My main concern is I may get married next year and if this spot is there it will be a depressing part..

I am not going out to consult a doc since a year as Iam ashamed as well as afraid..

I don't have any itching or pain on pennis nor on that spot..

Brief Answer:
Vitiligo most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for photo.

After seeing the photo, I could conclude that most probably you have vitiligo. It is not infection. It is not STD. It is not due to masturbation. You have not to be afraid. You have not to be ashamed. It can occur in any person. It can occur on any part. It is a benign condition of unknown cause. Vitiligo is an idiopathic depigmentation of the skin. There is a loss of colour, that is why the area looks white. But on glans, due to blood vessels it looks pink. But, it is vitiligo. Do not worry. Many times the vitiligo on glans is resistant to the treatment.

As it is not harmful, you may keep it untreated. If you feel embarrassed, you may consult the dermatologist.

Local application of tacrolimus oint 0.03% may be applied on the lesion daily for long time. Oral tab trioxsalen 25 mg and immunomodulator like levamisole 50 mg daily might improve the condition. This might induce normal colour on glans penis.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks...
