Brief Answer:
Pulled muscle

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have a cold. You noticed when you blew your nose that there was a pop in the left upper abdomen area. This is likely a pulled muscle. The pressure in your abdomen and chest while blowing your nose was enough to pull one of the abdominal muscles. This probably tore a superficial nerve and that is why the area is numb. This is not anything to worry about. It would heal in about 1-2 weeks. If the pain worsens or you start to develop shortness of breath then you may have caused a herniation. It that happens then I recommend that you see your medical provider.

In summary
1. pulled abdominal muscle
2. Pinched superficial nerve from the pulled muscle
3. If you develop shortness of breath contact your medical provider
4. Healing time 1-2 weeks

Brief Answer:
Nausea

Detailed Answer:
Then nausea could be from the cold or the torn muscle. I would recommend limiting your eating today and drink clear liquids until the nausea subsides.
