As an Urologist, i fully understand and share your concern.
First of all, i must advise you to get examined, by an Urologist.
You'll need to carry out the following tests :
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine,sugar,and creatinine.
3. ultrasound scan -KUB, AND trus (trans rectal ultrasound scan ).
You should mention, if you've had similar experience in past.
Kindly also mention, if you've had intercourse with single or multiple partners.
You're welcome to send the reports to me, for an expert opinion, along with a photo of the genitalia. Kindly focus on the penis(in erect position), where the band was seen.

I'm very scard cat ultra done nothing no fracture was masturbating violently when heard pop now feel rubber band like around lower area found foreign object size half pencil sent me home plans to remove on Monday but much discomfort something's wrong what else could it be I could have ripped? Not showing on ultra or cat? Hello again.
The CT scan shows a piece of a tube inserted in the urinary passage,and the 'pop' sound, you heard was from the tube end, which has a balloon,which may have burst.
The rubber band feeling is due to the tube inside.
Once it's removed, it'll clear completely.
So don't worry at all.
Your CT scan also shows some small stones in the kidneys, for which, it's advisable, to drink minimum 12-15 glasses liquids daily.
Your doubts should be cleared by now.

Have band around penis urines gets stuck tightens I'm circumsuzed went to ER fish line cut off blod supply relaxed to hard tissue move up down shaft inside penis Can do phone consult pay by cc if possible. I tore something last possible catheryer 7 years ago lost 170lbs hypogonadism with T penis more exposed above penis tender hematoma wake up erect bulge above penis. What could I have tore did utra rule out torsion and cat surgery to remove object but it's more serious what tests can be done? What can I ask urologist? Insurance delayed surguty today primary tomorrow 3p what should I ask. Please advise more serious than just object thanks.New symptom the sac sent pic above penis is filled with a liquid keeps increasing and having severe muscle locks going to primary in AM very concerned doesn't feel like blood feels more like water please advise

I am trying to get treatment unfortunately Ihave schizoaffective disorder so no OneCare's I'm written off desrving of this by everyone's judgement I don't matter it's a struggle for care. This was an accident I didn't cause this intentionally I use to be a high functioning executive no I'm worthless because I trusted my wife. Going right to new primary when office opens for referral to urologist due to seriousness may be seen tomorrow The pictures it's the area right below the stomach right above the penis a large skin hangs because of weight loss fluid has filled that area and it enters the penis shaft. At ER they ruled out a torsion but I had a phamosis when a band wraps around the penis inside the shaft normally happens to uncircused men it tightens cutting off blood flow this occurrd but the band relaxed I haven't touched it. Any suggestions till I get help

Phimosis is easily treated with cirumcision.

A circumcision is advised, which's done under local anesthesia.
