Prominent broncho-vascular markings is a benign finding and it may be due to infection / inflammation of the respiratory tract , early stage of heart failure , Long term smoking and several other factors.

It usually reverse with treatment of underlying cause if diagnosed early.

Other findings are normal.

I feel that I'm not stable, feeling dizzy.
I cannot breath well.
I feel pain in my heart side.
I cannot sleep well.

and I quit smoking for more than 3 weeks.

You may need proper Cardio-Thoracic evaluation as you have chest pain.
Dizziness may be due to many reasons like hypertension,cervical spondylosis to even anxiety and stress.
