Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. To help you better please let me know-
1.Any history of injury especially contact sports?
2.Do you have pain,fever ?
3.Is the swelling increasing in size ?
The lump does not occur because of bad posture alone.Commonly these types of lump are usually benign (nonserious) without any symptoms.
Looking forward to your reply along with the picture of X-ray and chest,if feasible.
Take care

Hello
It's good to see you
I have gone through your reply and could not find the attached picture you may send it again at my email id drmukesh_chugh @rediffmail.com
I feel you should not be worried about the shape of cartilage as it is symptomless, not increasing in size/shape.The tilted look could be because of some minor injury at the time of first rib/cartilage formation. This will not lead to any serious consequences in future.
You should definitely improve the posture. You should sit with head on your shoulders and shoulders on your hip. While walking walk like a soldier. To improve the bone health, you should have vitamin D (sachet calcirol once a week with glass of milk for 3 months),calcium, protein (1gm/kg body weight).Regular exercises especially deep breathing is a must.
Hope this suffices.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Unfortunately,I could not find the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello
You may please email the report at my email id drmukesh_chugh @rediffmail.com
as I could not find the reports here.
It is usually the deformed cartilage/bone which protrude and not the muscle.Mostly they are of benign(nonserious ) nature.
Take care
