What Causes A Rash Around Urethra, Painful Urination And Bumps On The Testicles?

Question : I have a rash around the opening of my penis but no discharge or burning during urination. Bumps are starting to also appear on the head and testicals. It's very painful to the touch and feels like burning needles. I went to my Dr. who visually examined me and said that he did not see anything to be concerned about, this was on the 18th. He gave me a shsmpoo for fungus demititis. I am concerned because my mother and x-wife have both just gotten over the shingles and I had chicken pox in my youth. I am also wondering if it may also be herpes. I have ED mostly caused by type 2 diabetes and age. I also suffer nuropathy and it feels pretty much like that only there is white spots and the bumps. I've never had std before and am wondering if I may have contracted herpes from having oral sex preformed on me?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis .

This fungal infection is very common in individuals with type 2 diabetes .

Please get following basic test done to establish diagnosis
1) urine routine
2) Blood sugar on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch to see status of diabetes
3) Swab test and culture of discharge from the lesion .

Take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole along with antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin twice daily and topical anti fungal cream Candid or Fluconazole to be applied over glans penis and affected area .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Ensure to keep your diabetes well controlled .
