Question : Hello. My daughter has the following rash showing on her abdomen (see photo). She is 3 years old. She has had fever.
Is that anything I should worry about?

I have gone very carefully through your query as well as the attached image. It seems to be due to a viral infection. If that is the case, it would recover within a week even without a treatment. However, I would insist you to get a blood count done. I am checking for low platelet count while a high WBC count indicates a bacterial infection.
