Brief Answer:
Looks like prickly heat or miliaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the attached pictures.
It looks more like prickly heat or miliaria. It is usually self limiting and will disappear in a few days.
I usually suggest
1. Twice a day bathing and frequent wiping the body say 4 to 6 times daily with wet cloth. This will help in quick resolution.
2. Avoid any kind of powder.
3. Calamine with aloe vera lotion can be applied twice a day to soothes skin.
Continue frequent feeding.
Ensure baby passes urine atleast six to eight times a day.
If rash increases or baby develops any other symptoms like fever it is better to consult your pediatrician.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
