What Causes A Rash Over Face?
Question: Hi, I noticed a couple months ago a rash appeared on my face. About at that time I've had a lot of anxiety, and have had symptoms of headache's and fatigue. I've had a CBC done and it checked out but I'm not sure what this rash is. It seems isolated to that location and hasn't gone away since.

As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Seborrhoeic dermatitis.
It is characterized by red colored itchy rash over face , upper trunk or may involve arms.
It is basically an allergic reaction to the dandruff in scalp.
At times, dandruff is not appreciable.
in such cases, I prefer to advise anti dandruff shampoo ketoconazole based to be used weekly twice.
For the rash, I advice my patients to apply topical cream containing miconazole and clobetasone.
Antihistaminics like levocetrizine give symptomatic relief.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription accordingly.
