Question : I have this red bump on my penis and it kind of looks like a pimple. I just want to make sure it is not anything serious like herpes or a wart

I have gone through your query and the pictures. It looks like folliculitis ( hair bed infection ) only.

You can apply Povidone iodine (Betadine) ointment or Neosporin ointment for local application on this. It doesn't look like wart or herpes and there is nothing to worry.
