Question : I get a red itchy bump in my groin' buttox cheeks' stomach 'under my breast' and on my thighs they only occur during the summer time

You might have developed fungal infection.
The area of groin abnd skin folds is very moist and is prone to develop these infections.
In summers sweating makes it worse.
Best treatment is with antifungal powder.
Various antifungal powders like candid, cloud, fungicide are availabe.
These can help reduce the moisture as well as control the infection.
Please dont use any steroid, it can worsen your condition.
