                                    Brief Answer:
Might be due to blunt injury or dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
I like to know few more information like
Since when you have this problem?
Is there any history of injury?
Is there any itching?
Kindly upload the pictures?
There are two possibilities one is some blunt injury which most of the time occurs unnoticed and other is dermatitis, but I require at least the pictures to comment on it. I am saying so because the treatment is different for this two conditions.
So kindly get back to me with pictures.
Take care
